After a long selection process in which thousands of start-ups were evaluated by the judges, Tuesday was finally here; the finals of the Academic Start-Up Competition 2022!
Under the watchful eye of Ed Brinksma (Chairman Executive Board of Erasmus University) , Ilknur Dönmez (entrepreneurship management within the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Environment) , Prince Constantijn and more important players in the economic circuit, the coveted academic start-up award was presented.
The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate wants to support startups in the Netherlands in their path to the international market; the Academic Startup Competition was created for this purpose. As part of this award, a unique program including peer-to-peer training will be made available to help startups accelerate and scale up their growth. In addition to this program, financial support is provided to create connections in the US, and we are proud to be named one of the 10 "Most promising Academic Startups of 2022" next year!
