We are Cellcius
Cellcius is a startup company, based in Eindhoven, that is going to accelerate the energy transition in a revolutionary way with the heat battery. Our heat battery makes it possible to store residual heat (from data centers and industry, for example) and use it again at another time and place. In this way we can heat houses and offices smartly and cheaply, and give new value to waste heat. And to help us tell our story to the world and of course to our potential customers, we are looking for a communicative jack-of-all-trades.
What will you do
The position of Marketing & Communication Officer in our company is a varied position. You give hands and feet to the communication and marketing policy of Cellcius. By thinking along, creating content and challenging us to help and increase our visibility. You are the driving force behind our communication. That means you'll be in charge of website management, campaigns, content strategies, SocialMedia management, events, press releases, newsletters and so on. Indeed, you are involved in all kinds of communication and marketing and you like it.
Who are we looking for?
An enthusiastic candidate who is happy with versatility, loves writing, can provide matching images and has an affinity with the innovation and energy world. Of course, you can see through chaos and bring some structure to the various communication challenges, both B2B and B2C. You are curious and are a good interlocutor at different levels.
It is nice if you have a college degree in communications and already have some experience in business. You may be able to work with creative software, CMS systems and your command of the Dutch and preferably English language is excellent.
So:
- You can work independently and come up with smart content and campaigns.
- You know your way around Wordpress, Hubspot and SocialMedia.
- You strive for measurable results (measurement is knowledge).
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language in word and writing, English is an advantage.
- You are not a freelancer (we are looking for someone who really becomes part of our team and wants to grow with us)
What we offer you
We are offering a part-time position for 16 hours per week for the period of one year with a one-month probationary period. If we become happy with each other, then permanent employment is possible.
We are a start-up organization where, especially with the ambitions we have, growth in financial remuneration is going to be possible. But until then, we are working with salaries that are appropriate for a start-up company.
